Full Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the goperya platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play. goperya reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended immediately and any balances forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations. 2. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. We reserve the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers available on the Promotions page are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn directly and must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. goperya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.

Upon termination, any pending withdrawal requests will be reviewed and processed or declined based on the circumstances of the closure. Balances remaining in voluntarily closed accounts that have met all wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

The goperya platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the accuracy of any information displayed. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, goperya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, or third-party payment delays. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
